Terms of Service

1. The Service

Manna is a marketing command center provided by D2RM: lead collection from public sources, email campaign analytics, influencer outreach tracking, and goal dashboards. Your account includes the projects and monthly email allowances of your plan.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance:

• Starter — $29.99/month (special offer; regular $49.99/month): 2 projects, 5,000 emails per month.
• Pro — $69.99/month (special offer; regular $89.99/month): 10 projects, 20,000 emails per month.

Email allowances reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time; changes take effect at the next billing cycle.

3. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day trial including the full dashboard and lead collection. Email sending is disabled during the trial. The trial converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: send spam or unsolicited bulk email (you must comply with CAN-SPAM and all applicable anti-spam laws, including maintaining consent records and honoring unsubscribes); use collected lead data unlawfully; abuse the collection tools against rate limits or terms of third-party sites; resell or redistribute the service; or attempt to disrupt the platform. Violations may result in suspension or termination.

5. Lead Data

Lead collection gathers publicly available business contact information (public YouTube channel pages, public websites) at your direction. You are responsible for the lawful use of contact data in your jurisdiction, including consent and unsubscribe compliance for any outreach you perform.

6. Taxes

Fees are exclusive of taxes. You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. On termination or request, we will delete your account data; lead lists you collected can be exported before cancellation. Fees already paid are non-refundable.

8. Warranty & Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, D2RM is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated in-app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
