Privacy Policy

What we collect

Account data: name, email, company name, and plan details you provide at signup. Lead data: publicly available business contact information our collectors gather at your direction (public YouTube channel pages, public websites). Usage data: anonymized site events from pages where you install our tracker (pageviews, events), plus standard request logs. Payment details are processed securely by our payment provider and never stored on our servers.

How we use it

To operate the service: run your account, collect and display your leads, track your campaigns, prevent fraud, and improve the product. We do not sell your data. Lead data collected on your behalf belongs to you; you are responsible for its lawful use.

Data security

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Session tokens are stored as SHA-256 hashes. All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. Access to production data is restricted.

Data retention

We keep your account and lead data while your account is active. On cancellation or deletion request, we delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Cookies

We use a single httpOnly, SameSite session cookie (d2rm_session) to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Children

Manna is a business product and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
